CAC Digital Awareness Meeting @ 5:30 pm in Auditorium

WRITTEN BY Matt Zajicek ON January 16, 2023

Parents/Guardians,

It isn't easy to understand all that is in today's digital world. It is incredibly challenging to understand all the nuances and issues that can arise for our students and you as parents regarding our children's appropriate use of social media platforms within this ever-changing technology world.

Do you want to understand better how to teach your child to safely navigate the challenging world of the internet and social media on their cell phones and computers? Do you want to know what you should all be looking for as your child uses their cell phone and computer?  Then, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to attend an informational parent meeting provided by the Child Advocacy Center right here at Wilber-Clatonia High School.

On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 5:30-7:30 pm in the High School Auditorium, Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools has arranged for the Child Advocacy Center to help provide some guidance to our parents on how they can best gain a grasp on the current technology world of today and all that our kids are dealing with when it comes to social media, cyberbullying, and more.

If you have any questions or want more information regarding this great opportunity and all that it entails, please reach out to Mrs. Amie Albrecht or the Elementary/Middle/High School Administration.  Again, don't miss out on this great opportunity to better understand how we can help our kids safely navigate our challenging and scary technology world.
