Upper Elementary Teacher Position

Wilber-Clatonia Schools is seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our elementary teaching staff.  Successful candidates will display a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues, students and families.  This individual must demonstrate an understanding of working in a small school by demonstrating flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, a caring attitude and be willing to work as a team!  Our fantastic, diverse, small-community based school system is looking to hire at least one teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.  Wilber-Clatonia Public Schools is a single-site building that houses grades PK-12.  The total District population of 625 students is located in Wilber, a community 40 minutes southwest of Lincoln.  

Assistant Coaching positions leading to Head Coach are available with this position.  

Start date will be August of 2022.  Current starting salary for a new teacher is $41,148.  Wilber Clatonia Schools also provides full health coverage.
